2019

SEYDI OIL REFINERY

Turnkey construction of a new atmospheric oil distillation unit with an electric desalination Unit-6 with a capacity of 1 million tons per year at the Seydi Oil Refinery, Turkmenistan – Pre-design study, conceptual and detailed design.

  1. Project Name: Scoping study for construction of the New Crude Vacuum Desalination Unit-6 with a capacity of 1 million tons per year.
  2. Project Brief Description: The reconstruction includes distribution of the feed and the product streams, readjustment of the operation circuit of the existing equipment and its partial replacement with more efficient hardware.
  3. Project Location: Seydi, Turkmenistan

Project Outcome: A detailed report and a proposal for the reconstruction were prepared to facilitate continuous operation of the unit, provide the facility with a stable supply of feed of a required quality, increase the production of diesel fuel by maximizing precision of the rectification process, integrate modern energy-saving technologies and maintain an optimal technological mode by using automated distribution process control system

SEYDI OIL REFINERY

The catalytic reforming unit (CRU-35-11/1000) at the Seydi Oil Refinery, Turkmenistan – Conceptual design and reconstruction.

  8. Project Outcome: The project allowed producing the EURO brand gasoline at the refinery and completed the construction of the dearomatization unit to generate extraction gasoline for the production of cottonseed oil.

Paving Bitumen Production Unit at Seydi Oil Refinery – Turnkey conceptual Design and Construction.

UFANEFTEKHIM

Construction of the delayed coking unit for OJSC “Ufaneftekhim” in partnership with LLC “Informtechnology” – Scoping study, conceptual design and detailed engineering.

  2. Project Brief Description: We developed and implemented a proposal for the reconstruction of the DCU for OJSC “Ufaneftekhim”.

  8. Project Outcome: Completion of the delayed coking unit with the production capacity of 1.2 million of tons of high-quality cumulative petroleum coke. The performed research and the designed proposal enabled to increase the feedstock throughput capacity up to 1.6 million tons per year.

Reconstruction of the K-201 distillation column of the thermal cracking unit for “LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas AD” in partnership with LLC “Informtechnology” – Scoping study and conceptual design.

NOVO-UFIMSKY REFINERY

Modernization of the coking unit at the “Novo-Ufimsky Refinery” – Scoping study and conceptual design.

  2. Project Brief Description: The studies were performed to assess the production capacities of the 21-10 unit owned by OJSC “Novo-Ufimsky Refinery”.

  8. Project Outcome: Continuous production of petroleum coke with a minimum content of volatile substances of 16% for use as a charge additive in the coking industry was organized to replace the coking coal which is of a very short supply in Russia.

TURKMENBASHI OIL REFINERY

Delayed coking unit (DCU-3) with an increase in its productivity at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries – Turnkey modernization.

  1. Project Name: Modernization of the delayed coking unit at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR).
  2. Project Brief Description: The delayed coking unit of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) was modernized using the corporation’s own patented technology and with its immediate participation.

  4. Timeframe (Start and End Date): 2002-2003

  8. Project Outcome: The modernization resulted in a doubled power capacity of the delayed coking unit (DCU-3) reaching 900-1000 thousand MT. The DCU-3 project has paid off in record time.
